PS3 Repair is Costly and Time Consuming

There are very few instances where people have had their PS3 break down on them, but when it does happen, ps3 repair can be very time consuming and sometimes even costly. They say that the system is under warranty for a period of time after you get it. So, people are led to believe that they can send it in within the warranty date. But, Sony still charges people for parts if it is applicable. This is not fair and run you around 100 bucks. The PS3 is already expensive enough, who wants to shell out more money for a damaged one?
